Inventory (View Only)
Inventory (View Only) is an exact copy of the inventory record. The purpose of this menu selection is to allow users to view inventory information only - no changes to the inventory record are allowed.
When setting up security for employees, add Inventory (View Only) to the Function Groups and users will be able to see, but not edit, all fields within the Inventory Record. This works in conjunction with the security level (employees below a 50 security level do not have access to view the COST field, etc.).
