Transaction History

Overview

 

The Transaction History screen will display all transactions for a specified account. The screen can be set to display only the open transactions for the specified account or all transactions that meet the selected date range for the specified account. In addition, the user also has the option to hide any transaction that was not applied to the house charge account.

 

Steps

 

View the status of all transactions for an account by clicking on:

 

File | Account Maintenance | Transaction History

 

Transactions to Display:

 

Transaction Status:

 

Preview Report:

 

Select this to show you a report of all the transactions for this account. 

 

If you would like to print this, there is a print icon in the upper left hand-corner of the screen.  Press that and it will print the report.

 

Show Selected Ticket:

Select a ticket from the box and highlight it.  Press this button to show you a copy of the actual ticket the way it

looked when it was given to a customer. 

 

If you would like to print this, there is a print icon in the upper left hand-corner of the screen.  Press that and it will print the report.
