Payment History
The Account Payment History feature provides a detailed payment history for a commercial account using a House Charge account. This will include multiple customers associated with the same account.
The Account Payment History can be viewed for a commercial account through the Back Office, Linked Files, or POS.
File | Account Maintenance | Payment History
- Enter Account Number.
- In the Show Payment for Date Range field, enter or select the date range to view.
- Click on the Show Results button.
- When the information is brought to the screen, you will be able to view the Payment Date, Reference Number, Trans Code, Store ID, Clerk, Sales Person and the Amount of each payment made for the date range specified.
- The Total Discounts field will display the total dollar amount discounted for this account during this time period.
- The Total Payments field will display the total dollar amount remitted for this account during this time period.
