Day is preselected and there is no need to set this up.

Week: choose from the listing which day is the last day of the week.  Any End Of Week reports (time cards, etc.) will run on this day.

Day: choose the Day that is considered the last day of the quarter (for reporting purposes).  Most users consider the last calendar day of a month as the last day of the quarter.  
Enter "31" into the field that will be used for the last days for all months.  

The: choose the same day for every quarter (the second Sunday, etc.)  This is not typically used.

Then choose the months for the quarters under "Of the months".  Users typically use March, June, September, & December.

Year:

Day: choose the Day that is considered the last day of the year (for reporting purposes).

Then choose the month that will contain the last day of the calendar or fiscal year.

Save:  Click Save to save the settings.

Cancel:  Click cancel to leave the screen without saving the changes.
