Tools

The Tools menu has 4 major menu selections:

System Setup
System Configuration
System Tables
System Utilities

System Setup: Items in System Setup include Drawer Setup, Tax Rate Setup, etc.  These menu selections are used when setting up systems, when dealing with how Point Of Sale works (and how items are customized within that program) and how system-wide questions are answered.  

System Configuration: Items within System Configuration allow users to setup programs like Customer Follow-ups, Job Package and Inspection Packages (used mainly by Installer customers), and using Graphics.

System Tables:  Tables within the System Tables menu include information that displays in dropdown menus, like Category Codes, all Reason Codes, and Zip Codes. 

System Utilities: Items within System Utilities include utilities to handle system backups, the scheduler and end of day/week/month/year information, and administrator system maintenance.
