View

DISPLAY FIRST: click on the Display First button to go back to the very first record in the displayed file. 

DISPLAY PREVIOUS: (F3) click on the Display Previous button to go to the previous record in the file.

DISPLAY NEXT: (F4) click on the Display Next button to go to the next record in the file.

DISPLAY LAST: click on the Display Last button to go to the very last record in the file.

GO TO ALTERNATE ITEM: (CTRL-I) click on Go To Alternate Item to access an alternate within the Inventory file.  If there is an alternate item in the Alternate Number field, the new part will display on the screen.  If there are multiple alternate items, clicking the Go To Alternate Item button again will go to the next alternate item in the chain.

LOOKUP: (F5) click on the Lookup button to clear the current screen.  The cursor will return to the first field in the record so the user is able to add a new item for search.  In the Inventory screen, clicking Lookup will clear the MFG and Part Number fields and allow the user to enter a new Mfg and/or Part Number.  In the Accounts screen, cllicking Lookup will allow the user to enter a new Account Number, etc.

LOOKUP W/TAB: (CTRL-F5) click on Lookup w/Tab when in the Inventory record.  The MFG will stay, clearing the screen and placing the cursor in the Part Number field.  This is used when users are going from item to item within a consistent MFG.

FIND: (F6) click on Find to access the Record Selection Criteria.  This allows users to filter the information within any data file.

VIEW FIND CRITERIA: click on View Find Criteria to review what the Find criteria is currently set at.

FIND REFRESH: click Find Refresh if changes were made to records that were "found" using the Record Selection Criteria.  The system will go through the Record Selection Criteria again and verify which records still apply, and remove those that don't.

FIND PREVIOUS: (SHIFT-F3) click Find Previous to move to the previous record that applies to the filters created when using Find (the Record Selection Criteria).  

FIND NEXT: (SHIFT-F4) click Find Next to move to the next record that applies to the filters created when using Find (the Record Selection Criteria).  

REFRESH DATA: click on Refresh Data to refresh any screen of information.
