Qty Information

Skip Qty Field:  a check in the box will not display the Qty field.  At Point of Sale, users will enter a part number and hit the enter key.  The part will display on the line.  If there are multiples being sold, the user will need to click on the Qty box to adjust the shipped quantity.

Pop Up POS Additional Information:  if checked, the POS Additional Info box will display.  This box is user-definable and can contain pricing, quantity, and sales information, as well as alternate part numbers, etc.

Allow Customer Backorders:  if checked, customer backorders are allowed at Point of Sale.  Users will still need to setup information on each account.

 

Ship To Information

If Account has multiple Ship Tos, show selection screen: if checked and accounts have multiple ship-tos, a listing will display and users can select the appropriate ship-to location.  If not checked, users will have to click on the ship-to (which will display the default ship-to) to select the appropriate location.

 

Screen Info

Display List Price:  if checked, List price will display on the Point of Sale screen.

 

 

When finished entering all information, click on the Save icon at the top of the screen to save the changes.  The user will be required to log off and back in for the changes to take effect.
