Sales By POS Line Type
This report displays total sales for each Line Type sold and includes the Line Type description, Total Quantity, and Total Dollars.
The report is grouped by the Line Type (Detail Type) listed on the transaction detail of the ticket. If the Detail Type on the inventory record is changed after the item is sold, the item will be included in the total for original Detail Type listed on the line type on the ticket. (The Sales By Inventory Detail Type report reflects the itemscurrent detail type.)
Note: Non-stocked items will be included in this report, but will not be included in the Sales By Inventory Detail Type report.
