General tab
Shop Supplies Charge
Wording: Enter the text that will display at Point Of Sale and on the ticket when Shop Supplies are charged.
Show Details on POS Screen: when Shop Supplies are charged, a check in the box will display the shop supplies as a line at Point of Sale.
Print Details: when Shop Supplies are charged, a check in the box will print the details on the ticket.
Fixed Price: choose Fixed Price to set a constant price for charged Shop Supplies.
Percent: choose Percent to set a percent of the selected components that will be charged as Shop Supplies.
Max Amount: Enter the maximum amount of Shop Supplies that can be charged on any ticket.
Percentage & Tax Rate: For Parts, Labor, Diagnostic Labor, and Sublet labor, set a Percentage of the Sell Price which will be charged as Shop Supplies. Then select the appropriate Tax Rate for each type (the tax rates are found at Tools/System Setup/Tax Rate Setup).
Customer Retrieval by Vehicle
Prompt to search for existing Customer(s) having the entered Vehicle when the customer is still the Default Customer: If a user is at Point of Sale and has the default customer displayed, and then goes into Vehicle Search and selects a vehicle, the program will prompt the user if a customer(s) is already attached to that vehicle. The user can then decide whether the customer should be changed or not.
Notification of Completed Work
Ask to call customer when saving ticket as a Completed Work Order: if checked, the system will prompt the user to call the customer if saving a work order as a Completed Work Order.

# of Days to add for Follow Up Date: enter the number of days that will be automatically set for a customer follow-up.
Appointments
Ask to create a new appointment after the Ticket is completed: After tendering a ticket for an existing customer, a message will display “Would you like to schedule an appointment for this customer?” The purpose of this prompt is to continue the customer’s business by scheduling their next appointment (for an oil change, tire rotation, etc.) before they leave the building.
Packages tab
Jobs
Default MFG: Select a default manufacturer that will be used when Job Packages are created. This information can be overwritten when in the Job Package create program.
Show Details on POS Screen: check the box to show Job Package details at Point of Sale. If the box is not checked, users will only see the job name and sell price. Users will need to click on the line to see the details.
Show MFG/Item per detail line: check the box to see each MFG and Part Number of the components of a Job Package on the Point of Sale screen.
Show pricing per detail line: check the box to see the pricing per line on the Point of Sale screen. If the box is not checked, users will only see the total amount of the Job Package.
Inspections
Show Details on POS Screen: check the box to show Inspection Package details at Point of Sale. If the box is not checked, users will only see the inspection name and sell price. Users will need to click on the line to see the details.

Include Parts: a check in the box will display parts in the Maintenance History screen.
Include Labor: a check in the box will display labor in the Maintenance History screen.
Include Comments: a check in the box will display comments in the Maintenance History screen.
Take to the Recommended Services Screen when adding to Recommended Services: if checked, users will go to the Recommended Services page when adding to Recommended Services. Otherwise, changes will take place but users will stay at the Maintenance History screen.
Take to the Ticket when adding to the Ticket: if checked, users will go to the body of the ticket when adding items to the ticket. Otherwise, changes will take place but users will stay at the Maintenance History screen.
When finished entering all information, click on the Save icon at the top of the screen to save the changes. The user will be required to log off and back in for the changes to take effect.
