Overview
Items added to a transaction ticket can also be moved from the ticket to the Recommended Services list, before the ticket is tendered.
Note:
The system will not allow parts without a valid part number (i.e. comments) to be moved to Recommended Services.
A vehicle must be selected before an item can be moved to recommended services.
Steps: Move an Item from a ticket to Recommended Services:
At the Point of Sale screen with a ticket open, click on a Detail Line to be moved.
At the Detail Information screen, click the Move to Recommended Services button at the bottom of the screen.
The selected item will be removed from the displayed ticket and placed in the Recommended Services list.
