Configure Graphics

OVERVIEW

The application allows unique graphics to be displayed for the store, employees, and inventory.

SETUP PROCESS

Set up the graphics to be used for your system by clicking on:

TOOLS | SYSTEM CONFIGURATION | GRAPHICS CONFIGURATION

The graphic file contains the 2 default graphics that are included with the system. The default graphic files cannot be modified or deleted. Click on Add New to add a new graphic file to the system.

Category Select a category from the drop down list for where the graphic will be available to be selected. For example, selecting the category ‘Employee’ will enable this graphic to be selected in an employee record.

Graphic Name Enter a name to identify the graphic by.

Description Enter a description of the graphic.

Select Graphic Select the actual graphic to be used.
