1. Tool Bar functions

The back office file maintenance program will have the following tool bar functions available.

Example:

The ‘Find Item by Search Criteria’ can be used to select all items from the inventory file with a description of UNIR, GOOD, MICH, or FIRE and a ReOrder Level of 0. This can be defined using either of the following 2 formats:

• FORMAT 1:

• Description includes “UNIR” AND ReOrder Level = 0

• Description includes “GOOD” AND ReOrder Level = 0

• Description includes “MICH” AND ReOrder Level = 0

• Description includes “FIRE” AND ReOrder Level = 0

• FORMAT 2: (Using the Parentheses button.)

• (Description includes “UNIR” or “GOOD” or “MICH” or “FIRE”) AND ReOrder Level = 0
