Delete a Job Package / Inspection Package from a ticket

Overview

Job Packages / Inspection Packages added to a transaction ticket can also be deleted from the ticket, before the ticket is tendered.

Steps: To delete a Job Package or Inspection Package from your ticket:

1. From the Point of Sale screen, select the Job Package or Inspection Package you wish to delete.

2. At the Job / Inspection Package Details screen, click the applicable button:

• Remove Inspection From Ticket button

• Remove Job From Ticket button

3. The system will display the following message:

Are you sure you want to remove the entire job/ inspection package from this ticket?

• Click Yes to delete the package.

• Click No to keep the package on the ticket.
