Database Tuning

Database Tuning is used to clean up bad or unorganized data.  This process should only be done when all users are off the system, and we highly suggest that users exit out of SBCUpdProc, SBCListener, and SBCScheduler.  To confirm the Database Tuning happens without corruption, users are required to click the following items:

1.  I have made sure that all other workstations are logged out.

2.  I have made sure no tickets are in progress on this workstation.

3.  I have made sure that no other screens are open.

It is also recommended that users run a backup before the Database Tuning process is run.

Once the Database Tuning is complete, a box will display that says "Procedure Complete".
